First Annual Economics Alumni – Student – Faculty Networking Mixer Dec. 2, 2022
On behalf of the entire Department of Economics we would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of you who joined us for our Alumni – Student Networking Mixer on Friday, Dec. 2nd. It was wonderful to see our current students interacting with all of the alumni and faculty members who made it to the event! This event was a great chance for everyone to catch up with old friends and colleagues, make new connections, and celebrate the end of the year with food and good music. In fact, a conversation that Department Chair Hashmat Khan had with a group of students led to the planning of an event in January that we will be announcing later today, so check back here for that news in a few hours!
The Networking Mixer was such a success that we have decided to make it an annual event, so the first Friday in December each year will be our be the date of our Alumni-Student-Faculty Mixer from 4:30-6:30 pm. We look forward to seeing you there again in December 2023!
