Accessing Engineering Academic Support Office Services
Students can access academic support and registration assistance by contacting the Academic Support Office team:
- If you are a 1st year (new or returning) email ECORSupport@carleton.ca.
- If you are a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student, email EngAcadSupport@carleton.ca.
Note: our office does not grant course registration overrides via email.

In-Person
The Engineering Academic Support Office is located in 2090 Minto CASE.
- When you arrive at our office, please add yourself to our virtual queue and have a seat in our waiting area. Our team will call your name when it’s your turn for assistance.
- Academic support and registration assistance services will be provided in-person in 2090 MC during hours of operation:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm, and
Thursdays: 10:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm.
