Managing Mental Health Through Times of Change
This CAMH workshop provides employees with evidence‑based tools to identify stress early, navigate workplace change, and build practical coping skills that support resilience and well-being.

Spring & Summer Meditation Sessions
Most of us would appreciate more peace and harmony in our lives. Mindfulness meditation is an excellent way to begin. The series will be led by the Spirituality Centre’s Buddhist chaplain, Dr. Colin Cordner.
