Avery Fortin

Biography

Avery Fortin is your Co-Concept Coordinator alongside Taylor Shaw. Avery is in her second year of Industrial Design at Carleton University and is completing a Minor in Business Marketing. She is a member of the Graphics Team on the Industrial Design student publication, Outlines, where she explores her interest in Graphic Design. For Concept, she is looking forward to connecting students to industry professionals and learning more about our design community. Avery was a member of the Carleton University Raven’s Rhythm dance and cheer team earning the Rookie of the Year award for the 2024-2025 season. She enjoys many physical activities like wakeboarding, weightlifting and snowboarding and is also looking forward to further exploring her interests in watercolour painting.
