Please note that remote IT support is only available to Industrial Design Students.

If you experience issues downloading, installing, or activating SolidWorks, KeyShot, or Adobe Creative Suite, please complete the remote support request below, and our computer technician will be able to help you.

It is mandatory to download and run the Quick Support software (no installation is required), so a computer technician can remotely access your laptop/desktop to resolve your issue.
