Biography
Mia is one of the presidents of CIDSA for the 2025-2026 academic year. She is a third-year Industrial Design student pursuing a minor in American Sign Language. With a deep passion for design, she excels in creating physical models and prototyping. Mia completed an internship at Ampere where she worked on an educational commercial product, relating to STEAM. Mia previously held the role of Concept Coordinator, organizing Concept, the Industrial Design conference held at Carleton. She serves as a representative for the Industrial Design program on the Carleton Academic Student Government. Outside of school, Mia enjoys Aerial Silks and playing with her cat and rescue dog.
