Samantha Kong

Biography

Sam is one of the CIDSA Presidents for the 2025–2026 academic year. She is currently in her third year of Industrial Design with a Minor in Business. Previously, she served as VP of Special Projects, where she organized program-wide events such as the annual Ski Trip and Year-End Gala. 

Within industrial design, Sam enjoys sketching and prototyping, and she is particularly interested in product design, furniture design, soft goods, as well as sustainability and research. Outside of school, she enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors.
