Sanvi Swarup

Biography

Sanvi is your VP Social for 2025, and her role includes organizing smaller community events such as Beach Day and mixers. She is currently in her 2nd year of Industrial Design at Carleton University, with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship. Looking ahead, she hopes to spend her 3rd year on exchange and complete an international co-op to broaden her design perspective.

Sanvi’s interests lie in furniture and product design, and her favorite part of the process is being in the shop. Originally from Erin, Ontario, she is also a member of Carleton’s varsity golf team. Outside of SID, Sanvi enjoys playing sports, reading, and traveling.
