Today ITS will be working to turn off the clutter feature on your Carleton email account. You will not experience any downtime and messages will continue to be delivered to your inbox.
Once turned off, messages will no longer be delivered to your Clutter folder. Messages that were previously going into the Clutter folder will appear in your Inbox.
Anyone who would like to continue using the clutter feature can easily turn this feature back on. Here are steps along with a video on how to do this.
