SCE Grad Students Ace HackingHealth Hackaton
Several SCE graduate students participated in the HackingHealth Ottawa 2017 Hackathon (see projects ideas here). Their teams took home multiple awards including the “Showcase Showdown” and “Best Solution for Healthcare Collaboration Award” for Amente Bekele’s team, while Kevin Dick, Yasmina Souley Dosso, and Francois Charih’s team won the “IBM IoT Silver Prize” and the “CHEO Pilot Opportunity Prize”.
