Celebrating the Black Canadian Experience: An Evening of Poetry – March 5, 2023
Join the Umoja Black Community Engagement Program and the Institute of African Studies for an evening of poetry! The theme for the evening is “The Black Experience,” where we will hear from local and student poets about the good and bad of experiencing Blackness and celebrating our differences.
This event is free and closed to students, staff and community members who identify as African, Caribbean, or Black.
