Adam Thomlison

Biography

Adam Thomlison received a BA in Journalism via a joint program between Algonquin College and the University of Ottawa, then stayed at uOttawa to complete an MA in Communication. His doctoral work looks at how the Alberta oil sands are represented in communications by various stakeholders. The working title of his dissertation is “Visualizing Alberta’s oil sands: Implications of modality choice.”
