PhD Sociology candidate Samantha McAleese and prominent Ottawa defence lawyer Michael Spratt have published an op-ed in the Ottawa Citizen to draw attention to Senator Kim Pate’s new bill featuring much-needed reforms to Canada’s Criminal Records Act.
