We are calling on all members of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology (students, faculty, contract instructors, and staff) to submit a piece of art that has been made on the theme of anti-racism, decolonization, or Indigenization.
Simply take a picture of the piece of art which you created (e.g., a painting, photo, etc.), and send it to soc-anthro@carleton.ca using your Carleton email account by January 8, 2021.
1st prize: $150
2nd prize: $100
3rd prize: $75
The top three entries will be mounted on our walls on the 7th floor of Loeb Building, along with a short bio of each artist. A committee of representatives from faculty, staff, contract instructors, and students will select the winners.
