PARDP is NRCan’s signature accelerated development program for prospective policy analysts and economists. Applicants are invited to apply to one of two streams: the Graduate Stream for Master’s, Law (Juris Doctorate), and Ph.D. graduates, and the Indigenous Stream designed for First Nations, Métis and Inuit candidates who have an undergraduate degree and two years of community experience. The program is looking for highly motivated candidates who are eager to contribute to policies and programs that affect the forestry, mining, clean tech and energy sectors, with crosscutting focus on Indigenous reconciliation. Over the course of two years, participants will learn how to effectively manage their careers and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become leaders in policy. If you are interested in learning more, please visit the PARDP webpage.
There will be an in-person information session for the Carleton University community in NI (Nicol Building) room 4040, Monday Oct 17th, at 4:00pm.
If you are interested in this program, please submit an application by Oct 24th.
