“I fell in love with anthropology after one course I took in first year. I knew right away that I had to explore the field more, and so I later switched into the anthropology stream of BGInS. Engaging with all the different courses offered through the department really cemented my passion for all the unique topics and subfields that exist within the discipline. Discussing and participating in small seminar style classes with my professors, and fellow students became one of the best parts of my university experience. I continue to be drawn to anthropology in both my professional and personal life and am proud to have begun that journey at Carleton.”
