Featuring Natalia Gherman,
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova
Natalia Gherman, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, will be delivering a talk on Moldova’s EU aspirations as well as Moldova initialing the EU Association Agreement in Vilnius on November 29th. She will also discuss the official opening of the Republic of Moldova’s embassy here in Ottawa.
Natalia Gherman received her MA in War Studies at King’s College in London in 1999 and has held numerous diplomatic positions, including Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Sweden, Finland, and Austria.
This event is supported by the Jean Monnet Chair at Carleton University.
