Email at Carleton University is powered by the Microsoft M365 for Education service, it features a 50 GB of storage inbox and access to the MS Office suite .
Use your MC1 account & password to access your email at Carleton, follow these steps to change your password. Please note that after you change you MC1 password it will take 15 minutes before you can sign into your Cmail account.

The email address is in the form MC1username@cmail.carleton.ca
To activate your email a password reset is required. Activate your Email
