On 24 November 2016 the Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies co-hosted a conference on Canada-Russia Dialogue and Cooperation in the Arctic. The conference was the initiative of Professor Piotr Dutkiewicz and was co-organised by Global Affairs Canada and the Embassy of the Russian Federation to Canada.
