The Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies is excited to announce that Carleton University has signed an agreement with the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) and the Université Saint-Louis – Bruxelles (USL-B) to launch its first Dual Master’s Degree Program in European Studies. The program will allow graduate students to take classes and obtain degrees from the signatory universities after completing all of the academic requirements.
