EURUS Donor-Funded Awards - Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies

The Institute has some modest funds available for full-time students who are experiencing financial difficulties. If you find yourself in this situation, or perhaps looking for some relief of expenses for either this current term or the upcoming summer term please submit a short explanation of your situation and complete the application below. Please note that you are not required to fill in the “name of the award” as this section is for me but there is a section on the form asking about your Ontario residency, which you must answer as some awards/funds have strict requirements.

In addition, we have two donor-funded awards which are to be awarded to a student pursuing research in some aspect of French-German relations: Canada’s relations with France, Germany, or the European Union; or aspects of German or French external policy. The other one is for research related to the study of economic, political, and social transitions. If you are doing research related to these topics, please indicate on your application.
