Please note that from March, 30 2017, Canadians applying to visit France under the France-Canada Youth Mobility Agreement (3B Inter-University Exchange Visa) and Canadians going to study in France (for private studies) are no longer exempted from providing their biometric data (e.g. the collection of fingerprints). As such, Canadian students studying in France for more than 90 days can no longer submit their visa application by mail and will have to submit their biometric data in person at the French Consulate.
For more information on the France-Canada Youth Mobility Agreement, visit the France in Canada website.
