For the first time, the ITS Service Desk will be open to assist those in need of IT assistance during the holiday break. This is made possible as part of our previously announced pilot project offering expanded, after-hours service.
Carleton community members in need of help, such as MyCarletonOne (MC1) password resets, Office 365 advice and guidance regarding ITS services, can contact the Service Desk at any time between Dec. 24, 2021 and Jan. 4, 2022 for assistance.
Our full-service offering will resume on January 5, 2022.
