Access to these unsupported services must be first be enabled (see below) by each user.
The use of unsupported M365 services listed below is as-is, under Microsoft’s Online Services Terms, and subject to Carleton’s Acceptable Use Policy.
As these unsupported services are subject to change by Microsoft and currently unsupported by ITS, they are not recommended for departmental business processes.

YOU MUST ENABLE M365 SERVICES (other than email, which is enabled by default)

To enable Microsoft Office 365 Services, (other than email which is pre-enabled):

Students: carleton.ca/its/ms-offer-students
Staff/faculty: The Service Desk assigns Microsoft 365 A3 for faculty licences to staff and faculty. If cannot, for example, log into teams.microsoft.com using your @cunet.carleon.ca address and password, contact the ITS Service Desk.

Not Supported but… If you want to access the same OneNote library across your PC, phone, and web: 1. Run OneNote.com once, (as this will create an M365 library for OneNote) 2. Ensure OneDrive is configured on your PC, (as this will sync your M365 OneNote library) 3. Now configure your OneNote app on your PC to use the existing OneNote library located in your OneDrive – Carleton folder on your PC.In this way, all your instances of OneNote will point to the same OneNote library and your notes will always be sync’d.
