We are excited to announce that the second talk of our Fall Colloquium series will be taking place on Friday, October 20th, at 1:00pm in Richcraft Hall 3224.
We will be joined by Kerry O’Neill, of McMaster University, who will be discussing her research titled, “Conditional Cash Transfers as Third-Party State Exploitation.”
