This 12-month experiential learning program is designed for youth leaders who have an idea to strengthen their community. Each year, up to 12 Fellows receive:
- $50,000 in funding
- Comprehensive training and mentorship
- The opportunity to lead a self-directed initiative in any field, sector, or community
