After completing his BA in Philosophy with us in 2008, Arthur received an MSc in International/Global Studies from Université de Montréal in 2014, followed with a Master’s degree in Journalism from Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson). He has previously worked as a reporter in Saskatchewan covering the courts, city hall and the provincial legislature.
