The University is closed for the holiday season from 4:30pm on December 23 to 8:30am on January 5. Please note that no administrative or academic service offices will be available during this time. The Registrar’s Office reopens at 8:30am on January 5, 2025.
Deferred final or take-home examinations during the holiday closure: You must apply no later than 3 working days after the scheduled date of your final examination or take-home examination. Please note that the days the University is closed will not count against these 3 working days. For exams on December 20, the deferral application will be closed at 4pm on December 23rd and will re-open on January 5th at 8:30am for any third day submissions. Visit Carleton Central to check your grades, register for winter term courses, order transcripts or certificates of enrollment, and for other administrative services available online.
