Confirmation of Graduation Letters
Two types of letters are available to students to confirm graduation status
These letters are requested in Carleton Central through the Graduation Application menu under Student Online Applications. You will see next to your graduation application which letters are available to you. When you click on the letter(s) you are eligible for, the letter will generate automatically in a PDF document.

This letter provides confirmation and proof that you have applied to graduate from Carleton University. It does not confirm you are eligible to graduate.

This letter provides confirmation and proof that you have met all the requirements to graduate and are therefore eligible. This letter can only be issued once all final grades have been posted and your audit reads “ALL REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BELOW HAVE BEEN MET”.
