Chosen Name
This process allows you to add/modify/delete a Chosen name.
If you do not currently have a Chosen Name:
If you do not currently have a Chosen Name, simply type your chosen name in the field below and click the button. Follow the prompts. Your Chosen Name will be activated within 2 business days. Please make sure to save or print the confirmation screen, as you will need this information to finalize the process.
If you have a Chosen Name, but it is not activated:
To activate your Chosen Name, click the button below. Follow the prompts. Your Chosen Name will be activated within 2 business days. Please make sure to save or print the confirmation screen, as you will need this information to finalize the process.
If your Chosen Name is still processing:
You will not be able to modify or delete your Chosen Name while the previous request is still processing. Please wait 2 business days for the process to be completed.
If you would like to change your activated Chosen Name:
To change your Chosen Name, simply type your new Chosen Name in the field below and click the button. Follow the prompts. Your Chosen Name will be activated within 2 business days. Please make sure to save or print the confirmation screen, as you will need this information to finalize the process.
If you would like to remove your activated Chosen Name:
To remove your Chosen Name, simply clear the name in field below and click the button. Follow the prompts. Your Chosen Name will be cleared within 2 business days. Please make sure to save or print the confirmation screen, as you will need this information to finalize the process.
