John Chinneck was given the Harvey J. Greenberg Award for service to the INFORMS Computing Society at the biennial ICS Conference in January. He has served in numerous roles for the Society, including Chair, been Editor-in-Chief of the INFORMS Journal on Computing, served on various committees, and initiated a number of projects over the years.
