Poster Awards at Life Sciences Research
The first place in Day 2 of the poster competition held by Life Sciences Research Day was awarded to postdoc Shermeen Nizami and a team of graduate and undergraduate students supervised by Professor James Green for their work entitled “Patient Monitoring in the NICU using Pressure Sensitive Mats and Video Analysis”.
The second place in Day 2 of the poster competition was awarded to PhD Candidate, Fatemeh Zabihollahy, supervised by Professor Eranga Ukwatta for her work entitled “Convolutional Neural Network-based Approach for Segmentation of Myocardial Scar from 3D Late Gadolinium Enhancement MR Image”.
