Senate approved the spring graduation of 3,300 undergraduate and 658 graduate students, for a total of 3,958 students. With the winter and fall lists, the class of 2022 will again be well over 6000 strong. With the resumption of in-person Convocation, Senate looks forward to hosting Graduation Celebrations for this year’s 2022 class, June 20-24, following ceremonies for the classes of 2020 and 2021 from June 13-17.

A special congratulations to Kevin Dick (supervised by Prof. James Green) who is receiving a Governor General’s Medal for his PhD, and Mohamed Abdelazez (co-supervised by Prof. Adrian Chan and Prof. Sreeraman Rajan) who is receiving a Senate medal for his PhD.
