Cyber Security Katas: Practicing Cyber Defense Strategy Development with Scenario-Based Learning
Developing effective cyber defenses requires identifying security concerns and designing solutions to address those concerns under various constraints. To become capable of doing this well, software engineering students need opportunities to practice and hone the associated skills and techniques. This project aims to explore the effectiveness of scenario-based cyber security teaching and learning by developing a collection of cyber security katas; scenarios and exercises designed to practice cyber defense strategy development in real-world contexts.
