Bio
Dr. Pengcheng Xi is a Senior Research Scientist at the National Research Council of Canada and an Adjunct Professor at Carleton University. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, robotics, and multimodal sensing for assistive technologies and human–autonomy teaming. He develops intelligent systems that integrate machine learning, perception, and control for real-world engineering applications, particularly in healthcare and aging-in-place.
