Chris Goldrick
Biography
Chris Goldrick is an award-winning journalist with over three decades of experience with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Over his 32-year career, Chris has covered a wide range of stories as a national reporter on Parliament Hill, as a network business reporter, and as a network and local reporter and producer. As one of CBC‘s first video journalist, Chris has travelled nationally and internationally, covering provincial, and federal elections, as well as terrorist attacks, business stories, natural disasters and sports. Chris has also worked on numerous investigative projects and has won and been nominated for several awards. Over his career, Chris has been heavily involved in training and mentoring reporters. He’s taught new aspiring reporters all aspects of television news gathering, including writing, story structuring, visuals, camera work, desktop editing, as well as investigative and long form journalism.
