Kayla Clarke
PhD Student
Biography
Kayla is a first year PhD student in the Collaborative PhD program in Communications and Political Economy. Her research interests include the ever-growing techno-political intersection, especially as it pertains to artificial intelligence and its effects on oppressed groups.
At the University of Windsor, Kayla graduated with a BA in Communications and Political Science before completing her MA in Communications and Social Justice. Her MA major research paper was titled “Amending Amendments: Digital Colonialism, Bill C-11, and Assessing the Call for Improvement.”
