Caroline Mercer

Biography

Caroline graduated from the University of King’s College in Halifax, with a Combined Honours degree in Psychology and Contemporary Studies. She enjoyed studying philosophical theory of mind and psychological science while juxtaposing the two ways of thinking. Caroline continues to be fascinated by psychology, health, and the environment.

After graduation, Caroline spent four months in Madagascar as an intern for the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). She lived in the Morondava region, where she documented perceptions of environmental change in a fishing community. After spending two years as a copywriter at an advertising agency in Toronto, Caroline is looking forward to beginning her studies at Carleton.
