Zijun (Leslie) Rao

Biography

I am Zijun Rao (Leslie) from Guangzhou, China. I had completed my undergrad degree in Carleton’s Communication and Media Studies program.  My undergrad honours research essay was about Smart Cities with the example of Hong Kong. In my MA study, I seek to develop my research interests further around such topics as smart cities and big data, and particular effort would be devoted to the aspect of data governance and data polices.
