Kathleen Moss shares creative experiential learning projects in SOCI 3300
Instructor Kathleen Moss recently shared some of the creative experiential learning (EL) projects students in her winter course produced in her article “Bringing Students Together: Carleton University Students Use the OCDSBXL Planner.” In Studies in the Sociology of Education (SOCI 3300), students were asked to use an experiential learning planner to create projects targeted for students in kindergarten to 12th grade (K-12). Instructor Moss and her Research Assistant Lisanne Binhammer held an Educational Forum at the end of the term for students to share their EL projects, lesson plans, and infographics.
