Welcome to the Planning, Design and Construction homepage. Our group is responsible for all of the university’s small and large renovations, rehabilitation, maintenance construction and new capital construction projects. We also oversee the planning, design, tender, construction, and close-out stages of projects on campus to ensure that all construction activities are managed through Facilities Management and Planning.
