Naomi Griffiths (retired member of the department and former Dean of Arts at Carleton) has curated an art show and sale of the works of Robert Lewis Griffiths (1893-1970), her father. The exhibit, “Pleasure and Solace,” runs November 18-30 at Wallack’s, 225 Bank Street, and includes oils, watercolours, pastels, and other media done over a lifetime of world travel and experience. She has also produced a handsomely illustrated essay about the artist and his life, which is available at the gallery.
