Prepare for the Fair: Resume Review Day 1 (virtual)

The Spring Career Fair is coming up on Wednesday, March 20, and Career Services is here to help you prepare for the fair!
Many employers will be accepting resumes at the event and we want to help you make sure your resume is ready. Join us on Zoom at our virtual Prepare for the Fair event on Tuesday, March 12, for an on-the-spot resume review. Can’t attend virtually? We will also have in-person resume review drop-ins on Wednesday, March 13, 11am-2pm.
How to Attend
Register for the virtual Resume Review and the Zoom meeting ID, password, and link to join will be sent to you the day before the event is set to take place. After receiving the Zoom meeting invite, simply join the meeting anytime between 11am and 2pm on March 12 and have your resume ready on your laptop.
Once your resume has been reviewed, please register for the fair (if you haven’t already) and consider attending the Prepare for the Fair: LinkedIn workshop on March 14 and/or the Prepare for the Fair: Networking event on March 18.
What to Expect
When a Career Services staff member becomes available, they will invite you to a one-on-one chat and will review your resume with you live on Zoom. Please be prepared to share your screen and close any other windows or tabs.
How to Prepare
Please attend this session with a drafted resume. Your resume should be in Word or PDF format.
