Jude recommends regularly using ESP resources throughout the year, because it helps you stay on track, reduce stress, and keep a realistic view of your progress and priorities. As a mentor this year, Jude encourages students to reach out to a mentor if they feel nervous to participate in class. He can help them prepare to get the most out of class by speaking up. Jude grew up in the Nigerian community in Ottawa. He learned a lot about the importance of community involvement from his mother and would like to go into politics in the future in order to help people and communities thrive.
