Admission to the Post-Baccalaureate Diploma requires the permission of the Film Studies program. Normally, students are required to have completed an undergraduate degree with a minimum B average or higher to be admitted. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Students who complete the Diploma are eligible to apply for the master’s program, although completion of the Diploma does not guarantee admission into the program.
To apply for the Post-Baccalaureate Diploma, please use the M.A. program application and indicate “Post-Baccalaureate Diploma” in your statement of intent. The application deadline for fall admission in any given year is August 31.
Carleton University does not offer funding to students enrolled in the Post-Baccalaureate Diploma.
