The Student Affairs portfolio, which includes the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), the Student Experience Office (SEO) and the International Student Services Office (ISSO), operates in an environment where data and performance results matter.
The team members of the portfolio are committed to producing this annual report for the purpose of outlining the outputs they have delivered and for the purposes of service delivery improvement and transparency. The information in this report is meant for university stakeholders, staff, faculty and students and the broader community.
By reporting in such a manner, the portfolio is challenging itself to improve the programs it is delivering so that it is in a better position to deliver high quality services to students and support the overall mission of the university as it is outlined in Carleton’s Strategic Integrated Plan. This report is also an opportunity to showcase the important work that is taking place within the portfolio every day. As a group, we are proud of the work we do and as Ravens one and all, we are happy to crow about our efforts and successes!
