Airport Welcome Program 2024
The International Student Services Office (ISSO) offers an Airport Welcome Program at the start of the Fall term (Dates To Be Confirmed by May 30th, 2024) from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Once you pass through customs and enter the main terminal, look for the ISSO table and our student staff in their red t-shirts. They will be there to greet you and assist with directions to get you to your destination.
Our student staff will be ready to provide you with helpful information about Carleton University and your new home city of Ottawa. They will be happy to answer your questions, give you directions, and offer guidance regarding transportation and short term accommodations.
Students arriving outside of the Airport Welcome Program hours can consult the Airport Information counter located at Arrivals for transportation suggestions and general information. Don’t forget to visit the ISSO (128, Nideyinan) at a later time to get connected!
