Fee Waiver Information and Application
For students with limited financial resources fee waivers may be available.
If you intend to apply for a fee waiver, please do NOT complete the regular registration. If you register for a course and then get approval for a fee waiver, there will be a non-refundable administration fee of $25 per registration.
For courses with an Admission Test, please complete the Fee Waiver application AFTER you are told that you passed the test.
Please download the “Fee Waiver Application” form using the link below. This PDF form is fillable. Please complete and sign it, scan or take a good quality picture with your phone, and email, together with redacted copies of the most recent “Notice of Assessment” for all parents/guardians to enrichment-admin@math.carleton.ca.
Families who fled the war in Ukraine should enclose a copy of the CUAET Visitor Record, instead of the “Notice of Assessment”.
