The Professional Certificate in Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette

This 3-day program  combines our 1-day workshop in International Social Etiquette and our 2-day Diplomatic Protocol workshop.

Dates   Wednesday to Friday, February 19-21, 2025. 
Time:   10:30 AM to 3:30 PM Wednesday, 9 AM to 4 PM daily thereafter.
Location: TBD / Online Hybrid
Parking: TBD.

Fee:  $ 950 + HST
NPSIA-PT&D and NPSIA Alumni along with members of the Ottawa Diplomatic Association and their family are eligible for an Alumni rate of $ 900 + HST.

Student registration – limited seats for eligible students are available at a special fee of  $ 550.00 + HST.  Please note that participants registering as students must be enrolled in the current year on either a full or part-time basis.  Students who are enrolled at a post-secondary institution on a ‘Special’ basis are not eligible for student registration.  To register as a student please email the Associate Director as above.

About the Professional Certificate in Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette

Day one of this workshop focuses on social etiquette for conducting public and international affairs in social networking, cocktail and dining environments. Days 2 and 3 cover the diverse world of Diplomatic Protocol and examines the rules and practices for international meetings, events and exchanges.
