In another instalment of our occasional series Afterwords, we will be joined by two COMS researchers to discuss the stories behind recent publications. PhD student Anson Hunt will discuss a co-authored essay in Canadian Food Studies, “Reimagining Recipes for Food Studies: Enriching—Not Spoiling—the Broth,” and Prof. Chris Russill will discuss “Greenwashing, Net-Zero, and the Oil Sands in Canada: The Case of Pathways Alliance,” co-authored with Melissa Aronczyk and Patrick McCurdy and published in Energy Research & Social Science.
